Terms & Conditions

These terms govern access to the YouNaDe website, product inquiries and orders placed or negotiated through our website, email, WhatsApp or other agreed channels.

Website use

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with its security, functionality or content. Product images, drawings, text, branding and other content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

Product information and quotations

We work to keep product information accurate, but dimensions, finishes, packaging and availability may change. A formal quotation, pro forma invoice, approved sample or written order confirmation takes priority over general website content.

Orders and payment

An order becomes binding after product specifications, quantity, price, payment terms and delivery terms are confirmed in writing and the required deposit is received. Unless otherwise agreed, payment terms are 30% deposit and balance before shipment.

Customized products

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving drawings, specifications, artwork and samples. Changes after approval may affect price and lead time. Customized products generally cannot be cancelled or returned after production begins except for verified non-conformity.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, YouNaDe is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Any remedy for a verified product issue is limited to the solution agreed for the affected goods.
