Shipping Policy
1. Order processing time
Orders are normally prepared for shipment within 30 days after order confirmation and deposit receipt. This period includes verification, production preparation, manufacturing, quality inspection, packing and delivery to the logistics provider. It does not include sea transit, customs clearance or last-mile delivery.
Customized orders, peak-season schedules, raw-material constraints or force majeure may affect the timeline. Material changes will be communicated before shipment.
2. Transportation and estimated transit
Bulk international orders normally use port-to-port sea freight. Estimated sea transit is generally 25–40 working days, depending on route, sailing schedule and destination. Actual delivery time is not guaranteed.
3. Shipping charges and terms
Freight, insurance, destination charges, customs duties, taxes and last-mile delivery depend on the agreed Incoterm and quotation. These costs are not included unless expressly stated.
4. Common reasons for delay
- Incomplete or incorrect receiving information
- Raw-material shortages or production adjustments
- Payment verification delays
- Limited routes to remote destinations
- Customs inspection, port congestion, policy changes or carrier delays
