Refund Policy

Because YouNaDe primarily supplies wholesale and customized orders, returns and refunds are handled according to the confirmed order specification and written sales agreement.

Quality inspection

Products are inspected before leaving the factory. Customers should inspect delivered goods promptly and retain packaging, photos, video and shipping records when reporting a problem.

Verified quality issues

If a quality problem is found within 7 days of receipt, contact us with the order number, affected quantity, photos, video and a description of the issue. After verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, reshipment, repair, credit or other agreed solution.

Customized products

Customized, private-label or made-to-order products cannot normally be returned or cancelled after production begins unless they materially fail to match the approved specification or sample.

Non-quality returns

Returns for preference changes, incorrect customer measurements, installation conditions or ordering errors require prior written approval. The customer may be responsible for return freight, duties, handling and any loss in value.
